Cultivation & Harvest
Cultivated primarily during the dry season from November to April, SRO variety thrives in irrigated fields with sustainable farming practices and minimal chemical use, maturing over five to six months. Harvested once a year between April and May, Sro Nge (SRO) yields high-quality grains that are in demand both domestically and in export markets, including Europe and Asia, contributing significantly to Cambodia’s rice industry.
Main destinations for our SRO Fragrant Rice are for premium markets such as European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, China and Asia.
