Our journey started in 1994 as a rice retailer selling by Kilograms, then by the bags, and then by tonnes. Soon, we set up our first rice mill in 1999 and began exporting by containers to Europe countries in 2009 as soon as EU enacted the EBA agreement with Cambodia.
Since then, we have supplied premium Cambodian rice to more than 50 countries worldwide, primarily in Asia, Europe, Australia, North America and Africa. Through direct partnerships with farmers via contract farming, we ensure a sustainable supply, high-purity paddy, and promote responsible socio-economic development.
We continually work directly with farmer associations in different regions in order to grow paddy with highest purity and quality.
Food safety and traceability are our top priorities. Our mills are certified with ISO-22000, ISO-9001, HACCP, GMP and HALAL standards.
Our milling lines are equipped with Bulher and Satake machinery and packaging line from 500g to 1 tonne jumbo bag.
Two modern agriculture associations in Kampong Thom province have committed to grow and supply 12,000 tons of high purity SKO, SRO and OM-5451 paddy varieties per harvest to KFG at an attractive price above market rate, ensuring farmers benefit from enhanced income and economic stability.
With ongoing vital supports from Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, KFG aims to expand contract farming partnerships to grow premium rice paddy, ensuring top-quality supply for our customers while promoting sustainable farming, rural development, and the welfare of farmers.
During KFG company retreat trip to the scenic Kirirom Mountain Resort, we seized the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by donating a generous supply of rice to the CSF.
This heartfelt contribution aims to support underprivileged children, providing them with essential nourishment to fuel their growth and learning. By partnering with the foundation, KFG reaffirms its commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities, fostering hope and opportunity for young Cambodians in rural areas.
KFG and AHC have reaffirmed their commitment to social good by renewing a significant donation agreement, under which KFG pledges to contribute a portion of the proceeds from Kroya Brand rice sales to support underprivileged children healthcare in Cambodia.
This renewed partnership underscores KFG’s dedication to making a positive impact, ensuring that funds from the premium rice brand help provide essential resources, care, and opportunities to vulnerable youth, fostering a brighter future for communities in need.
